Fund Correspondence
As a CRM Funds investor, you will receive the following information. Most of the items below are available electronically:
Confirmation Statements
After performing transactions in your account or changing your account registration, you receive a statement with details on the transaction or registration change. The statement also provides your account’s current share and dollar balance. Please note that statements are not mailed to confirm recurring automatic transactions such as Automatic Investment Plan (AIP) purchases or Systematic Withdrawal Plan (SWP) redemptions. AIP and SWP transactions are confirmed on quarterly and annual account statements.
Quarterly Account Statements
At the end of every calendar quarter, you receive a statement showing all transactions that have taken place in the account from the beginning of the year through the end of the quarter. The statement also provides your account’s current share and dollar balance.
Year-End Account Statements
At the end of every calendar year, you receive a statement showing all transactions that have taken place during the year. For tax purposes, you should keep your annual statements for at least six full calendar years after a redemption that closes the account.
Quarterly Updates
Each Fund provides an update on its performance for the quarter, including profiles of securities in the Fund’s portfolio and comments on the upcoming quarter.
Annual and Semi-Annual Reports
These reports contain a discussion and analysis of the reporting period by the portfolio managers, a list of the securities in each fund’s portfolio and financial statements for the funds.
Combined Prospectuses
Updated at least once a year, our combined prospectus presents essential information about the CRM Funds, including investment strategies, management fees and services available to you as an investor.
Year-End Tax Statements
If applicable to your account, you will receive the appropriate tax forms, including Form 1099, within four to six weeks after the end of each calendar year.
