About Us / Founders
Our Founders
Gerry Cramer, Ed Rosenthal and Ron McGlynn shared a fascination for investing in changing companies overlooked by other investors. With an inherent investment philosophy of embracing change and neglect, coupled with a sharp focus on small and mid cap stocks, they joined together and founded Cramer Rosenthal McGlynn in June of 1973. Their dedication to investing and belief in a team culture continues to influence every aspect of the firm today.
